Initiate Your Request
Log into your MG&Co. account and visit the order history page to select the items you wish to return and receive your RMA number.
Pack with Care
Securely package your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse in pristine condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are completely covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned home goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
